Boneless pork chops are quickly browned and then served with shaved Brussels sprouts and creamy fingerling potatoes. But it’s the yummy sauce, a blend of cream and whole-grain mustard, that gets poured over the dish that makes it truly spectacular. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious dinner for two.

This meal BLEW ME AWAY! I am not really a mustard or a sauce person, but this tasted amazing...I was really sad there weren't leftovers. We did add bacon to our brussel sprouts and it is now my favorite vegetable. Definitely would order this again.

This was a fantastic meal. The brussels were amazing!

Delicious! Took a little longer than 15 mins to prepare but worth it. My favorite so far!

Mustard sauce is delicious. Love the Brussels sprouts chopped. Simply delicious. Another delicious comfort food meal. Colorful, precooked potatoes are better.

Looked beautiful, but I didn't care for the taste. I think the tarragon overwhelmed the meal. Though, the brussel sprouts were very good.

My family loved this! And I was surprised at how much flavor we got out of the sauce just following the recipe

This was too salty (especially the brussel sprouts), and the sauce was too thin to have any taste. It was also missing instructions for how hot to heat the pan, which is probably why my pork chop was not cooked thoroughly. The potatoes were good.

The mustard sauce is to die for! Love this meal, perfectly portioned, so delicious.
