The piquillo pepper and manchego quiche is absolutely superb. The flavors blend together so well. I love the tanginess of the manchego cheese and the piquillo peppers add a subtle sweetness. Not just for breakfast!

Good flavor though potatoes could be sliced thinner. Microwaves turn pastry into rubber, so heat the quiche in an oven or toaster oven.
