Chef Ramos has created an all American-Peruvian favorite! A sauteed "burger" of quinoa and spinach, with cheddar cheese added in for extra flavor. It's served on a soft bun with crisp lettuce, sliced onion, and vine-ripened tomato. A side of roasted red garnet sweet potatoes brings some yummy sweetness to the proceedings.
On the side: jalapeño aioli for kicky smoothness you add to taste.
