The best food is from the heart (quite literally!). We take the heart of a steamed artichoke and mix it with quinoa, goat cheese, and green garlic, then stuff the scrumptious blend back into its home. A grilled lemon comes on the side, as well as toasted and sliced almonds and an herb mint sauce. Use these toppings judiciously and eat your heart out!

My artichoke was muddy inside the leaves. Had to take apart and clean it. It could have been cooked a bit longer. Flavor was very good.

Delicious! Perfect dish in every way ... all those complimentary flavors! And artichoke hearts mixed within the quinoa! Heaven... to me this was as an ideal entree... I hope you choose to offer this often!!!
