I don't see bean sprouts in mine and the book Choy is way too chunky. Should have been sliced or something for an easier bite. The mushrooms are of good size and salmon is good.

Different than the pic. The radishes were lovely. Would have liked more mushrooms and whatever the dumpling thing in the pic is looks delicious
