Our friends at Cucina Fresca (over in SODO) knocked it out of the park again. They've prepared a fresh, delicious, red pepper-infused linguine for us that's perfect for the end of summer. We've chosen to serve it simply with marinara, caramelized onion, and oil-packed tomatoes. Briny olives and tangy goat cheese add a lovely contrast of flavor.

I really enjoyed this. Added some chicken for protein. Cheesebwas heaven! My only complaint: Double the amount of cheese. Not enough!

SO good. Excellent flavor and texture, the goat cheese on top was the perfect finishing touch!

So happy with this dish. The moist linguine tasted like it was hand made in Italy! And sauce was generous and flavorful. Glad they went with goat cheese, as in past other pasta dishes had blue cheese (not a good contrast.) Green olives nice touch.
