Rigatoni Bolognese

with parsley and parmesan
4.2 stars
(159 reviews)
This rich, meaty sauce hails from Italy's culinary capital of Bologna. It starts with beef, pork, and pancetta and then is slow-cooked together with vegetables, tomato, and a dash of milk. After taste testing several pasta shapes, we chose Cucina Fresca's fresh rigatoni as the ideal accompaniment. The hollow tubes capture the bits of meat and vegetables and the short size means that you can get a perfect forkful in every bite.
