I've packed as much flavor as possible into this bowl! Long Island duck breast is marinated with hoisin and my Asian spice blend, then roasted until tender. I serve it with thin egg noodles, shiitake mushrooms, Napa cabbage, pea shoots and bacon in a flavorful broth accented with soba sauce. Topped with crispy red onion and a squeeze of lime. Enjoy!

I am a huge Ramen/Chinese Noodle soup fan, and I was extremely disappointed with this item. I consider myself a connoisseur and I have never had a Chinese Noodle Soup or Ramen soup that had Hoisin Sauce in it. Big Mistake...way too sweet. Sorry.

Sex with Marilyn Monroe or Chef Eric Meas' Duck Soup? The Duck Soup wins every time! It's that good, in fact it's perfect. Please, please, PLEASE keep this on the Regular Menu. A fabulous taste from a Meticulous Mastermind ;) More duck dishes!!!
