Local asparagus from Sun Valley Farm in New Jersey is roasted with a little extra virgin olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper. We then finish it with a sprinkle of shaved parmigiano-reggiano and add a lemon wedge to squeeze on at the end for a bright, acidic finish.

Very fresh asparagus and cooked perfectly but I'm not sure if it was washed throughly. The tips were a little gritty. Although, it tasted so good I ate the whole thing anyway.
