A tender cut of coulotte steak is roasted, then served alongside a rustic mix of root vegetables including rutabaga, parsnip, and carrots. A side of creamy sweet potato purée mixed with maple butter brings the dish together.

With the reheat, the meat gets dry. Consider a sauce on the beef.

Meat was perfectly pink before heating two minutes, then "well done" and tough. Vegies were great! Meat started out pink...got dark and tough with 2 minute heating. Vegies great!
4 Stars
Really great sides and the meat was cooked perfectly. Would have been 5 stars if the meat would have been seasoned better. Just a little bland.

Very good, could have used something more flavorful with the steak like horseradish.

I thought the steak and mashed potatoes were very good but the rest of the vegetables were too crunchy and felt completely undercooked

It was a little bland but the potatoes were good. The steak was dry and veggies undercooked.
