On the side, a fairly typical tabouleh that you would find in the region is enhanced with cauliflower. Squeeze some lemon on top and serve with grilled pita for dipping and a few olives. This meal makes a great side dish or a fun plate for sharing. Enjoy!

The carrot hummus is very rich and satisfying. Tabouleh was okay, but bland. Would be good with the pomegranate seeds that other reviewers mention!. Pita was not quite as pictured: we received 4 mini-pitas, not grilled.

Boo, why did this change? Pomegranate seeds were missing from the tabbouleh last week. Now they're gone from ingredients? That was the 2nd best part! And this week the tabbouleh has a creepy brown sauce?? My fav dish is now a bummer.
