Branzino, a type of sea bass from the Mediterranean known for it's flakiness and mild flavor, is marinated overnight in garlic then oven-roasted until lightly browned but still moist. It's served with a side of tender, roasted fennel and charred tomato with herbed jasmin rice on the side. Our house-made olive tapenade comes on the side for you to add punch of salty flavor as you see fit.

I was surprised as to how moist the branzino stayed post refrigeration. This dish was delicious, especially when prepared according to directions. Nice!

Not too bad. The fish had good flavor I would recommend heating this up in the oven a few minutes longer than what the instructions say.
