I have always loved the taste of Peking duck, and it inspired me to create this dish. I have married this technique with the flavors of my home country, Cambodia. Duck is marinated in my special spice blend, then glazed and roasted until tender. The roasted half duck is served with steamed bao buns, pickled jalapeno and a sambal chili-mango dipping sauce. Finish with fresh cucumber, scallion and cilantro and enjoy!

I loved this! It is a true half duck so well worth the money. The duck tasted great as did the buns. My only caveat is that if you are like me and don't like duck fat you should scrape the fat off the skin. Then it is perfect.
