This tasty salad was inspired by autumn in Spain. Roasted Bosc pears are the main star and are mixed in with arugula and wild rice. Shaved, aged Manchego cheese adds a sharp and tangy contrast along with smoked almonds for crunch. A sherry wine vinaigrette brings a touch of tartness as it dresses the ingredients together.

It was delicious but too much wild rice

I added gorgonzola crumbles, some walnuts, and a light raspberry walnut vinegrette instead of your dressing and it was much better.

Agree with others. REALLY not much flavor. I usually love pear, walnut etc salads in restaurants. I always order them when available. I only ate 1/3 of it. Tomorrow will add some gorgonzola crumbles and better dressing and see if I can fix it!
