There was a LOT of pork--and I found the dish overall to be fairly bland. Not very impressed, though I really did love the noodles.

Didn't love this one, pork didn't have much flavor, sauce was more heat than flavor, and the proportion of meat to noodles was way off.

Veggies were surprisingly scant in the rice noodles. Pork was cooked well but proportions of the overall dish seemed off.
