We roast Red Garnet sweet potatoes (sometimes falsely known as yams) until perfectly, wonderfully, supremely tender. Roasting brings out as much of their sweetness as possible, too. Add the eggless jalapeƱo aioli as you like.

Not cooked enough. Potatoes are hard and aioli has too much spice that you can't taste the potatoes

Tasty! It doesn't even need the sauce -- it's perfect as is!

Too little for the price.

Bland, had no taste! Glad there was aioli but just a different flair. Don't know if I liked enough to order again!

I thought this would be mildly healthy. Drenched in oil, the fat content on the label said over 20 grams! I thought that was for the sauce on the side. I tried the potatoes and ate about one quarter. My stomach felt sick afterwards. Why all the oil
