A lovely fillet of salmon is perfectly seared by you (you can do it!) and topped with a whole-grain mustard and tarragon cream sauce. Shaved Brussels sprouts and steamed rice come on the side. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this elegant dinner for two.

The salmon was so fishy tasting we could not eat it. The rest of the flavors were great and the meal would have been very tasty if not for the very fishy salmon

This was quite good...not quite as much as I loved the pork with mustard sauce though. We also added 2 strips of bacon and chopped it in with the brussel sprouts. I have to say I'm shocked I like the mustard sauce as I am not a sauce person at all.

Fish and rice was ok. Sadly the sauce did not reduce with the amount of fluids I was given, neither did the water reduce in the brussel sprout dish. Very disappointed:(

The salmons did not taste fresh at all. I understand these items were previously frozen, but it had a strong fishy smell, taste and the color of the fish is very pale. Truly disappointed.
