I've taken one of national dishes of Spain and I've substituted loads of summer vegetables for a meal that is healthy and hearty. Arborio rice is flavored with saffron and topped with portabella mushrooms, eggplant, zucchini, artichokes, asparagus, summer squash, and piquillo peppers. Pair with sangria or a Spanish red and savor this paella. Ole!

This was truly a let down for me. It had the most unpleasant chemical-like taste to it. I did not enjoy it at all and in fact threw most of it away.

I ordered this for a late time slot so hopefully this was the problem. The dish didn't have enough flavor for me and the vegetables were a mix of either too bland and overcooked or oddly tough and chewy (artichokes).
