We take hearty farro and nutty wild rice, cook them up with a bit of roasted romanesco broccoli (or whatever tasty member of the brassica family looks best to our chef), add pepitas (pumpkin seeds) for crunch, pomegranate seeds for a bit of zing, and top the whole thing with thin slices of orchard fruit. Micro-mustard greens and salty feta cheese finish the bowls. We love it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this crunchy, nutty dinner for two.

Nice warm rice bowl, but it's definitely not a ROMANESCO rice bowl... we received the tiniest amount of romanesco... much less than easily fits in the palm of my (very small) hand. Wasn't worth heating the oven to 400 for such a minuscule amount!
