This classic Cuban dish is known as “old clothes” in Spanish, is a delectable dish made of tender shredded beef served in a tomato sauce with peppers and olives. We add some black beans and steamed rice on the side. We feature sustainably raised, antibiotic- and hormone-free Black Angus beef from Creekstone Farms.

Although the sodium content description was not that high, I felt it was high in salt content . I would like to see lower sodium content in your meals , less carbohydrates and more plant based options . Why can’t meals be offe

The meat was not shredded but in chunks. It was greasy and it didn't taste like ropa vieja.I have ordered this dish before, and it was good. This one was terrible. In addition, it used to come with plantains. It no longer does but it's more expensive

Best thing I've ordered yet!

This is very good. We would change the rating to 5 stars if it weren't so salty! I think Munchery should go lighter on salt. People can always add to taste.

Used to be nice whole pieces of meat. Now a little bit of ground up mess

SO good and unlike anything I've had before. The addition of olives and capers create an interesting and delicious fusion of Italy and Cuba - at least that's what it tasted like to me. Highly recommend!

My husband gets this one every time it's on the menu – great dish and large portion!

The spices are so subtle and the steak tender. Love the taste of poblano peppers, capers and red wine along with all the other flavors and textures. Fantastic.

Please please stop with the spiciness. Just because a dish is Latin doesn't mean it requires spice. This traditional Cuban dish is not suppose to be spicy! I'm so disappointed. Also please start using more olive oil and less canola oil. Thank you

Didn't look super gourmet when it arrived, but man it tasted awesome

The dish was edible, but definitely not the ropa vieja I imagined (which would've been more tomato-ey and saucy). The olives were OVERPOWERING.

Y-U-M!!!!!!!! Excellent, flavorful version of classic Cuban dish - it's like I'm visiting little Havana! The only thing that would have made this better is fried plantains (hint, hint, Munchery!).
