Salmon fillets are quickly pan-seared until done the way you like them. They’re served over a couscous salad made with cucumbers, and parsley. A sharp and creamy tahini dressing gets drizzled over the top. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this creative dinner for two.

Delicious! However! No recipe card in the box...starving, took a bit longer than 15 minutes, Chef's tip was incongruent with the directions! Recipe requested baking the salmon and the chef's tip spoke to pan frying!

Easy recipe. I made a simple version (no sauce) for my kid and then added all the ingredients for me. The only difficulty was the broccoli rabe, which I found intimating, but YouTube helped. Loved the salmon ,couscous and avocado combination!

This was really tasty, and the couscous were even good ! My only quibble is that half of my cucumber was rotten.

Salmon was fine, but the rest of the flavors made no sense. The rabe was very bitter (and the instructions called for broccoli btw) and did not go with the couscous and tahini flavors). The cucumber and avocado in the couscous was a terrible idea.
