The warm Asian flavors of fresh ginger, garlic, and toasted sesame surround a toothsome salad of brown rice and crisp carrot, crunchy cucumber, and tender edamame. Paired with freshly roasted salmon in our tangy teriyaki glaze and slices of creamy avocado, you’ll be amazed by the panoply of textures and flavors you’ll get out of your own kitchen. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this nutrient-packed dinner for two.

What People Are Saying

Was a good idea, rice was great, salmon was just a bit to fishy tasting for us.
4 Stars
Right up my alley - great flavors, super easy to put together and comforting. Nice, easy dish.

The cucumbers were slimy and nasty. If you guys throw one ice pack on top of the boxes, I’m sure it would t happen. The bottom of the box is cold, but the top always gets warm.

Good flavor, nice fish, but carrot & cucumber were unpackaged & limp/shriveled after day in fridge, avocado bruised.

Salmon wasn't very good quality. A bit fishy.

Where did the fish come from? Tasted like farmed and no way to tell.

My first Munchery meal, and I was impressed. This was super easy and quick to make for what felt like a pretty gourmet meal. The salmon was delicious and the rice was an awesome compliment to it.

The salmon smelled fishy and didn't taste right. Had to throw most of it out.

Delicious, and filling. But may need to cook salmon substantially longer than the recipe card suggests.

It's pretty basic, I felt like it could have used more flavor or flavorful ingredients.
