Flaky cod fillets are delicately seared and served atop a bed of farm-fresh baby spinach. Accompanying the fish is a beguiling side of tender new potatoes cooked with bacon, onions, and a decadent dollop of black truffle butter. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this sophisticated dinner for two.

What People Are Saying

I don't know why this one only has 3 stars, because it was one of my favorite dishes! My fish wasn't dry at all, rather moist and melted away at every bite. I only added a tsp for every tbsp of salt they recommend though.
4 Stars
Great flavor, but WAY too salty! The tablespoon of salt in the recipe should likely be a teaspoon. The recipe also claims to take 15 minutes, but actually takes at least 40 (one of the final steps is to simmer for 14 minutes).

This was incredibly delicious! Made for a great unexpected date night dinner!

Cod was rubbery and tough even though I followed the instructions

The cod was so chewy

The quality of the fish filets was really poor. They were thin and rubbery before being cooked. Inedible once we prepared them.

Rather bland.

Followed directions in recipe and cod was rubbery, salty, and the two portions we got were totally uneven in size.

Following instructions exactly caused me to over salt the fish. The sauce made was abit over salted based on instructions too. Would of been better to underadd or say "add more to taste". Not satisfied how meal tasted after.
