We’re big fans of tuna poke, the raw, cubed, and seasoned fish appetizer from Hawaii. But this salad version using quick-seared tuna with a ginger-soy dressing might be a new favorite. You’ll first season the fish then quickly cook just the thinnest part of the outside. It gets served over a farro and red rice blend then topped with creamy avocado, thinly sliced radishes, fresh lime juice, and cilantro sprigs for garnish. Aloha, indeed! All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this fancy dinner for two.

Don't follow the directions on searing tuna. It over states the needed time.

Avocado Supra hard and not edible! Improve quality control please!!!

We didn't sear our tuna as long as instructed because we like it rare. The lime zest was a great mix of flavors with the radish ,avocado and cilantro. Top that off with tuna poke-style drenched in miso-soy sauce. I couldn't eat fast enough!

This was excellent! Good flavor/acid balance, good tuna.

We did not receive the "sauce" portion of the ingredients

Fantastic! Easy to make, healthy, and delicious! My kiddos even enjoyed this and they are very picky!!!

Wasn't bad, but was definitely my least favorite poke bowl I've ever had. Cooking the tuna seemed counter intuitive, same with mixing in the soy sauce in the pan to let it settle.

It took 35 min. Instructions need improvement. It did not look at all like the picture.
