Earthy cremini and oyster mushrooms are roasted and tossed with almonds, herbs, and brown rice to make a tasty pilaf. A seared piece of salmon is place on top, along with roasted broccoli florets as the perfect vegetable accompaniment. A delicious sauce, made sweet from red wine and roasted shallots and savory from a touch of butter, is drizzled all around for a decadent finishing touch.

What People Are Saying

4 Stars
Nice portion of salmon, nicely cooked. Could use more mushrooms in the pilaf.

Love this dish. Freak out over the sodium so did not use your sauce. You can use so many other seasonings for flavor. According to my doctor most of your food has excessive sodium.

Delicious and it at least felt healthy! My only criticism is that I got some grit from the mushrooms.

Very tasty! As often is true the sodium content freaked me out--1400! Wow! But I did enjoy it.
