A healthy and light option for dinner. Wasabi infused brown rice is topped with edamame, diced English cucumbers, shaved red radish and a fillet of sustainably raised Atlantic salmon that has been seared until just-cooked. Top with a crunchy sushi garnish made from seaweed and the soy-mirin dressing to taste.

The rice was soggy and the salmon was ill tasting. I usually like this but the quality has decreased.

Thought the dish could have used scallions or another kind of onion component and the sauce needed more flavor. Prefer the other seared salmon bowl that used to be on the menu but haven't seen it in the last few weeks.

I was so excited because I thought this would be like my favorite munchery - the salmon rice bowl, but there's just something off about the taste. I think it's the mayo, but there's also an overwhelming bitter flavor that overpowered everything
