The rice was soggy and the salmon was ill tasting. I usually like this but the quality has decreased.

Thought the dish could have used scallions or another kind of onion component and the sauce needed more flavor. Prefer the other seared salmon bowl that used to be on the menu but haven't seen it in the last few weeks.

I was so excited because I thought this would be like my favorite munchery - the salmon rice bowl, but there's just something off about the taste. I think it's the mayo, but there's also an overwhelming bitter flavor that overpowered everything
