For a fresh and flavorful take on fish, look no further than our seared salmon resting on a bed of herb-braised fennel. The star of the dish is the zingy citrus-caper “confetti jam;” made with red onions, diced tomatoes, and a sprinkling of dill, its bright notes of acid and festive appearance are sure to impress any dinner guest. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this vibrant dinner for two.

Much more time intensive then mentioned but delicious.

The garlic butter didn't taste good. It was over powering and bitter.

The instructions said to cut fennel 1/2 inch thick...I personally think that's too thick. I had to cook longer to soften. We skip sugar in the citrus jam and it was perfect, so fresh.
