4.5 stars
(104 reviews)
  • Dairy-Free
Nothing says springtime in the Northwest like the arrival of fresh, local asparagus. For this dish, the beloved veggie is grilled and tossed with buckwheat noodles, pickled ginger, and a chili-soy sauce. A seared fillet of salmon is placed over the noodles and enhanced with wasabi aioli and a squeeze of lime.

What People Are Saying

3 Stars
The salmon itself & sauces were great. The ginger was overpowering & I didn't care for the noodles.
4 Stars
VERY good. I set the salmon aside while warming the dish except for the last 40 secs or so so it wasn't overcooked. It was moist and delicious!
5 Stars
This is the best soba, or in that regard, the best noodle from Munchery. The salmon is cooked yet still chewy in the middle. The fusion of flavors from the wasabi, aioli, and the soba is one hella perfect combination.
5 Stars
This was excellent all around. Good flavors, cooked well.

Hard to heat up the entire dish without overlooking the salmon
