The salmon itself & sauces were great. The ginger was overpowering & I didn't care for the noodles.

VERY good. I set the salmon aside while warming the dish except for the last 40 secs or so so it wasn't overcooked. It was moist and delicious!

This is the best soba, or in that regard, the best noodle from Munchery. The salmon is cooked yet still chewy in the middle. The fusion of flavors from the wasabi, aioli, and the soba is one hella perfect combination.
