Took much longer than 15min...but was yummy

The broccoli greens were bitter. Portion size was a bit small for two. One piece of meat was thin and cooked quickly, the other was twice as thick (almost 2") and should have been finished in an oven. Regardless, they were different doness b/c of.

The steak was fine but the sunchokes were super weird. They didn't soften up and didn't have much flavor.
