Seared Tuna Salad

little gem, cucumber, carrot, wonton, creamy soy
4.1 stars
(30 reviews)
Thick steaks of yellowfin tuna are seasoned and seared but left rare on in the inside. It's sliced and served over a mix of little gem lettuces with chopped carrots and cucumbers and dressed with a creamy soy-rice wine vinaigrette. A few crispy fried wonton skins offer the crunch.

Grissle in the tuna in all pieces. Threw it out.

Overly thick chunks of tuna so massively over cooked as to be too tough and chewy to even eat. Also prepackaged carrot shreds were stale and dry. This is not normal for Munchery, a really bad salad.
