This refreshing, crisp salad starts with shredded green papaya and English cucumber. It is tossed with carrot, bean sprouts, sundried tomatoes, mint, Thai basil and roasted peanuts. Drizzle on my sambal dressing and enjoy!

I love papaya salads but this one was very disappointing. The dressing wasn't classic and there wasn't enough. The vegetables did not taste good.

This was delicious, and the fire-roasted tomatoes were a pleasant surprise. It also kept for a day or two in the fridge. If there was an option to add protein I would order it again as a meal!

Delicious flavour combination and good spiciness - decidedly hot, but not too much. Suggested improvements: The peanuts a little coarser (I found them too finely crunched) and the dried tomatos cut into smaller slices so they can be mixed under.

The papaya was super crisp but the dressing was a bit flat compared to regular Thai papaya salad. I added some fish sauce and siracha and it was great.
