Shrimp Alfredo Bucatini

butternut squash, sun-dried tomatoes, swiss chard
4.3 stars
(87 reviews)
Shrimp are sautéed in garlic, white wine, and chili flakes before being added to bucatini pasta (like spaghetti, but with a hole in the center, making it great for slurping up the sauce). Toss with sun-dried tomatoes, Swiss chard, roasted butternut squash, toasted walnuts, and the Parmesan cream sauce.

Butternut squash did not work well with other ingredients

I didn't mix the sauce in when I first reheated, but it was still good when I heated it only slightly after. So tasty and definitely ordering again.

This was good-ish. I don't understand the squash; it just didn't mesh with the rest. The nuts were a creative addition and added a nice crunch. The alfredo completely separated in the microwave and made the whole dish super greasy.

Very good, a bit rich for me, hubby loved. If I get again, I'll use less sauce.
