This is our riff on a traditional salad served street-side in Southeast Asia. Green papaya, carrots, and daikon radish are cut into matchsticks and tossed with green beans, cherry tomatoes, and prawns in a spicy Thai chili dressing. Cilantro, plus roasted peanuts combined with fried onion provide a tasty garnish.

I liked the flavor of the dressing but the "green papaya" ingredient had no flavor. I wouldn't order this again. It's no substitute for a good green papaya salad, which is one of my favorite Asian dishes.
