A seafood boil is the the quintessential East Coast summertime meal, but if you can’t visit a boil house anytime soon, we’ll bring the boil to you. Our recipe showcases plump shrimp seasoned with Old Bay and served alongside red bliss potatoes, yellow corn, and andouille sausage. The feast comes complete with a side of lemon-garlic bread and our Louisiana-style mayo for drizzling, dipping, and dunking. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious dish for two.
