Sichuan food is arguably the most flavorful of all the Chinese cuisines and this beef stir-fry is a good example. Tender pieces of beef and barely crisp vegetables are coated in a rich and slightly smoky sauce. It’s spooned over steamed white rice and topped with a few cilantro sprigs. Forget ordering greasy take out, this is exactly what your chopsticks need. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this scrumptious dinner for two.

I think addition to the ingredients in the box, some minced garlic and more veggies like onions and bell peppers would be amazing on this dish!

This is the first time I have been completely disappointed. The selection I made and the box it came in said brown rice but it actually came with white rice. The instructions were very poor. The taste was so incredibly strange. Email me for more info

Instructions don't match form of ingredients. There's a mysterious instruction that says I should "add hoisin andcup water". Typo notwithstanding, it's the first and only mention of water in the instructions, and it seems like an awful lot of water.

Flavor was ok. Came with white rice instead of brown, Adding 1 cup of water as directed made sauce way too watery.
