Sicily is more known for its seafood dishes, but pairing the classic salmoriglio (sal-mo-reel-yo) sauce with steak is an offer we can't refuse. Made with capers, garlic, parsley, and wild Mediterranean oregano, it adds an herbaceous tangy note to grilled dishes. On the side are mixed marble potatoes, lightly smashed and heavily roasted, sprinkled with salt and rosemary plus charred broccolini. Treat yourself to a nice, full-bodied Italian red and have a yourself a bella notte.

One of the best steak dishes at Munchery. Great sauce flavor, and the steak was nice and tender. Best of all, the potatoes were roasted until they were soft! (Most of the roasted veggies/potatoes/squash in the meals are too "al dente" for my taste.)
