The roasted tomatoe soup was wonderful! The paste of fresh tomatoes and not as salty as many of your other dishes. Hearts and delicious! April is fantastic! I order frequently as I am disabled and she is so cheerful she brightens my day! I love her!

First thing I noticed was the excellent texture soup, which helped show off the quality of ingredients. I was not expecting too much from the shrimp and tarragon topping, but it actually added quite a bit to the dish. Could be better if less acidic.

Would have been great.....but the shrimp still had their shells on.

Excellent. Soup has body, not too thin. Nice smoky taste. Shrimp very fresh.

This soup was perfect! We found the shrimp unnecessary as the soup speaks for itself. That being said, we did like the flavor from the shrimp; came in a cream type sauce. I just didn't eat the shrimp itself.
