Bok choy and carrots get cooked until tender crisp and then seasoned with ginger and a yummy shoyu sauce. You’ll toss those tasty veggies with tender and nutty soba noodles before topping the whole thing with a fried egg, scallions, radish slices, and toasted sesame seeds. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this fun dinner for two.

Almost no taste. Recipe said to add a tablespoon of ginger. However the piece provided was only equal to a teaspoon not tablespoon.
