Chicken legs are slow-cooked with Asian spices and herbs, then crisped to provide its beautiful color and texture. Paired with a honey coconut-whipped pumpkin mash and a sauté of pea shoots, bean sprouts and raspberries. A tart orange sauce finishes it all off in this East meets West meal.

Very delicious and filling

I wasn't able to eat the sprouts - they were really tough, didn't break down. The sprouts and sauce were not as pictured. The sauce I got was much lighter in color like a gravy. Loved the mash!

The deli every way great, and the food was even better. The Chicken was very tender and was paired so well with both sides!

I can't give a full five stars because the portion is really small. Like trying to lose weight small. But once I tasted it holy hell. Insanely insanely tasty.

The vegetables were wonderful. The chicken was too salty for my taste.

It was one of the most disgusting meals I have ever had.
5 Stars
The chicken was super moist and flavorful. The pumpkin mash was also delicious!

This confit was extraordinary! Even though it wasn't duck (which confit typically is) it was very rich and had a fabulous flavor from the thyme. I actually preferred it over duck confit which usually has a one-note overpowering taste of garlic.
4 Stars
The chicken didn't look very appetizing at first, until after I added the sauce & reheated it. The sauce brought back the moisture. It was very tasty & the pumpkin mash was delicious!

Phenomenal! The chicken could use a little more flavoring, but the salad and pumpkin mash are out of this world. The coconut in the pumpkin mash in particular was amazing. Good one!
