Soy-flavored chicken is a very simple dish, but a difficult one to master. Our chefs only use the best free-range chicken. t's cooked in a broth made with soy sauce, sugar, and premium Chinese rice wine, Shao Hsing Hua Tiao. The timing is also a critical part as each chicken is cooked to perfection for best texture. It comes with a side of steamed white rice and broccoli, and a little sweet-soy sauce for you to pour over to your liking.
