Carbonara is an Italian pasta dish originating in Rome. It's classic preparation is made by mixing eggs with just-cooked pasta (typically spaghetti), freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano, bacon and freshly cracked black pepper to create a rich and creamy sauce without the use of heavy cream. So simple and yet so delicious. Munchery sources poultry raised without antibiotics—it’s better for the birds and it’s better for you. We’re excited to feature poultry from Murray’s and FreeBird in this dish.
