Spanish-style toast (Pan con Tomate) is a real treat if you've never had it before. Freshly grated tomatoes are emulsified with extra-virgin olive oil, sherry vinegar, sweet oranges, and fresh thyme. Then it's poured over hot garlic bread (we use fresh ciabatta from Tom Cat Bakery) and topped with grated Manchego, Spain's most famous cheese made from sheep's milk and know for it's delicate and nutty flavor. You may never look at plain-old garlic bread the same way again.

750 cal of carbs for glorified garlic bread but totally worth it. Excellent side for a cheat meal. Love the flavor

Too oily. Too disappointed by the taste.

The tomato sauce should be baked in with the bread. In addition, the tomato sauce had too much water that made the toast quite soggy.

Bread very hard

Eh. Just ok.

The bread was hard - even after following heating instructions. I had to throw it away. Awful experience, especially because I grew up in Spain and was looking forward to trying this toast based on the description.
