Overall not bad. I caramelized onions, added some Worcestershire sauce, five spices, and a little sugar for flavor depth and smooth it out. Sauce was so good I saved it later and added sesame paste, stirred with boiled noodles and chopped cucumber.

Not strong flavors, pretty bland. I only added 1/2 c water as well. Disappointed so far...
