These Korean-inspired meatballs are seasoned with flavorful ingredients such as scallions, sesame seeds, soy sauce, and gochujang, a chile paste. Pan-seared onions and wilted spinach get cooked in the same pan, and it all gets served over steamed rice. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this easy and fun dinner for two.

Delicious, and definitely spicy! I left out the egg because of my allergies; the meatballs held together well anyway. The recipe card should say to cut up the onion before putting the meatballs in the hot pan -- too stressful the way it is.
