Large chunks of chicken are simmered in a rich and spicy red curry sauce that's touched with a bit of nutty peanut butter. Cubes of red bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots are added at the end and it's served over our coconut-garlic scented steamed rice. A bit for cilantro is included to sprinkle over the top when you're ready to dig in.

Too much coconut! There was barely any rice in the dish, mostly coconut flakes so I ended up not eating half of the meal.

This was just horrible. Not spicy. It tasted like cream of chicken soup with about 3 tiny pieces of chicken. The rest were gigantic unappetizing chunks of carrots and Zuccini.

Decent Thai-style curry - the more you like dishes made with coconut milk, the more you'll enjoy this. The chicken was wonderfully prepared - not a trace of fat, gristle, or anything other than delicious chicken breast meat.
