You’ll be over the moon with this variety of gnocchi, called “gnudi,” a close relative of those tender little pasta dumplings. They’re made with ricotta cheese, so they’re more tender than the traditional potato kind, and spinach. They’re so special, they only need a simple tomato sauce, which you’ll whip up in a flash. A bit of fresh basil and grated Parmesan and you’re all set. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this special dinner for two.

Food was awesome and I like putting together myself. But was definitely NOT for two portions. After the food was made it seemed it was like one dish that I have usually received from munchery for the price of two :(
