Italian for "hot bath," bagna cauda is an all-purpose condiment from Northern Italy. Rich with roasted garlic and anchovy, bagna cauda is most commonly found on appetizer plates as a dip for fresh vegetables. We combined those common antipasti veggies (cauliflower, red peppers, green beans, and radishes) with spinach and a hint of lemon for a delicious salad worthy of any top-notch trattoria.
