Chicken and two kinds of peas are floating in a miso broth that’s poured over nutty soba noodles. A scattering of basil leaves on top is the final touch. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this soothing dinner for two.

Overall good but could have benefit from a bit more spice or spark of flavor. Broth was decisively bland

5 cups of water to the Miso portion was to watered down, Miso taste didn't come through.

It took 45 min. Not worth the price.

Chicken had no flavor. Not enough miso taste in soup, taste lots of ginger. Either less water or more miso paste. Had to add some other Asian condiments to enhance flavor. Not happy with dish.
