Sriracha chili sauce is the oh-so amazing condiment that lends flavor to a dish without overpowering it. In this bowl, chunks of chicken breast, which have been first marinated in a bit of sriracha before being grilled (but just for flavor, it's not really spicy), are served alongside mizuna greens, cucumber, and thinly-sliced radishes over quinoa grains for a health-conscious meal on the go. It's garnished with pickled onions, a squeeze of lime, a sprig of cilantro, and sriracha-lime dressing.

I was seriously excited about this meal, but for a dish with sriracha in its name, the bowl was incredibly bland. It really felt like it was missing something (or a few things).
