We've reimagined this dish with a healthy twist. The usual suspects are all here: roasted red and poblano peppers, onions, and grilled steak. Instead of huge, carb-laden flour tortillas, we top the salad with a pinch of crispy tortilla strips. Cumin-scented pinto beans, cilantro, queso fresco, and a creamy avocado vinaigrette add even more flavor.

Oh man, that avocado dressing is fantastic. Steak was flavorful and cooked nice & pink. Definitely a new fav!

It was a interstate salad! I think some of the steak was sliced with the grain instead of against it, making for some xtra chewy bites. Also salad dressing was a little to small. With those fixes I would order again!

Super delicious. I took off the roasted bell pepper mix, because roasted peppers aren't my jam, but everything else was fantastic. I might suggest giving a slightly bigger portion of the avocado dressing, but all in all, this was a DELICIOUS salad.
